Juicy, smoky steak fajitas with perfectly charred peppers and onions, served in a restaurant-style sizzling skillet.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs Skirt or Flank steak

3 Bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced

1 Large onion, sliced

2 tbsp Lime juice

2 tbsp Avocado oil

1 tbsp Chili powder

1 tsp Cumin

1 tsp Garlic powder

1/2 tsp Smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

Warm tortillas for serving

Instructions

1. Marinate steak in oil, lime, and spices for 30 mins.

2. Sear steak in a hot skillet for 4 mins per side.

3. Remove steak and let it rest.

4. Sauté peppers and onions until charred.

5. Slice steak against the grain.

6. Combine everything and serve hot.

Notes
