1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

3 cups cooked white rice

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (for topping)

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

2.Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic, then cook shrimp with spices until golden.

3.In a bowl, combine rice, cream, milk, cheeses, and seasonings.

4.Fold in half the shrimp.

5.Transfer to dish and spread evenly.

6.Top with remaining cheeses and shrimp.

7.Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly, then broil 2-3 minutes.

8.Garnish with parsley and serve.
